GlidePro will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased.

 

Return/exchange of non-faulty goods


Unfortunately we can not offer returns or exchanges on non-faulty goods.
In case a return/exchange has been agreed, all products for return or exchange must be unused, in their entire original packaging and in saleable condition.


Return/exchange of faulty goods


Faulty or damaged goods under warranties:
If the goods are being returned because they fail to comply with legal or manufacturers warranties, we will be able to advise you in regard to availability of a refund, exchange, repair agents or replacement of like product, in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
